Cesar Alvistur, Consultant of FSM Building Maintenance, Inc. graduated for high school in Lima, Peru then came to the USA in April 1964 and attended college of San Mateo for 2yrs getting his A&P certification and 2 yrs, at Chabot College for his Bachelors Degree for Physical Education. He was also certified as United States Professional Tennis Association Pro 1 and was the Head Pro at Fremont Tennis Center for several years. Cesar oversees all of the company's activities and is always looking to meet all of the company's standards. 
    
Rosaura Alvistur, Accountant for FSM Building Maintenance, Inc.  also graduated from High School in Lima, Peru and then attended Federico Villareal University for three years which she studied Spanish Literature. Rosaura oversees the finance and administration of FSM Building Maintenance, Inc. 
    
Alan Alvistur, President of FSM Building Maintenance, Inc.  graduated from Mission San Jose of Fremont in 1991 and then attended San Jose State University for four years on a tennis scholarship. While helping his father for the past 10 years, Alan has developed the skills required to take over the family business. Alan is the driving force behind the company's commitment to promote better customer service.
